Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions related to the use of the Web site. These terms and conditions are subject to change from to time to time without prior notice. After such a change, your use of the Web site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the changed terms and conditions. You should therefore be sure to review these terms and conditions each time you log on to our Web site.

Basic Shipping Infomation

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After payment approval, most orders are shipped within 5 business days on in stock items. If your purchase or project is time sensitive, we suggested that you contact a representative at our toll free number 1-877-888-5755 to inquire about expedited shipping services and additional fees.

Wilson Lighting is not responsible for any costs associated with shipment delays. Wilson Lighting strongly suggests that any professional services required to install your product(s) not be scheduled until your order has arrived and been inspected.

Wilson Lighting will only ship orders to the 48 continental states of the United States of America and Alaska & Hawaii (additional charges required for Alaska & Hawaii). Contact a representative at 1-877-888-5755 to inquire about shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping and Handling Charges

UPS/Fedex Ground Shipping

On items able to ship via UPS or Federal Express Ground (FEDEX) the cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout with your shopping cart order. Shipping fees are based on a per item charge based on the weight of the item, the size of the box, and the final destination. Delivery can take from 1 to 10 business days depending on the final destination of where the product is being delivered. Please allow up to 2 weeks total for delivery of in stock items.

For items delivered via UPS/FEDEX, if the item you received is damaged please DO NOT refuse delivery. Refusal of delivery may cause further damage or the shipment to be lost, possibly resulting in delayed compensation or no compensation at all. Accept delivery and contact a customer service representative at 1-877-888-5755 to report the damage.

Truck Freight - Large & Oversized Items

Large and Oversized items may require that they are shipped via truck freight. Items that must be shipped via truck freight will direct you to call our toll free number 1-877-888-5755 to receive a quote on charges for shipping.

You will be contacted to set up a delivery time and must be present to receive and inspect the item(s). At time of delivery, the driver will require that you inspect the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. Please be aware to note on the shipping receipt ANY & ALL visible damage to the packaging of your item(s). Even if the damage seems to be minor make sure you report it on the shipping receipt. Noting the condition of the item(s) being delivered is the responsibility of the customer, not the driver. This is extremely important to follow the instructions above if there is any damage to your item(s) to be able to get you replacement parts or product.

Customers who sign for delivery and fail to notate any damage on the delivery receipt for the driver assume responsibility if the merchandise is damaged. If the product is found to be significantly damaged you may refuse delivery. In such rare situations, please notify Wilson Lighting immediately of such refusal.

Product Return Policies

All product returns require PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To receive authorization for product returns for any reason please use our toll free number 1-877-888-5755 where a representative will be able to assist you with this authorization.

DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization. Items that are returned without prior authorization or that are sent to wrong warehouse are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund.

Wilson Lighting will accept returns on merchandise that is unaltered, uninstalled, and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. (There are some exclusions please see below in section "Exceptions and Items not Eligible for Returns").

Restocking Fees

Some of our manufacturers charge restocking fees for the return of undamaged and non-defective merchandise. These stocking fees are charged by the manufacturer in addition to any shipping deductions that may be incurred in returning any item.

Refunds are original payment less restocking fees, less shipping and handling, and return shipping fees and will be given once item is inspected and declared to have arrived in all of original packaging without damage. Customer is responsible for any damages that incurred during return.
When you call for PRIOR AUTHORIZATION our representatives will be able to assist you with any questions you may have about these charges.

Exceptions and Items not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, under certain circumstances, there are some product are not eligible for product return. These exceptions and items are as follows:

  • Custom Products
  • Made to Order Products
  • Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way
  • Items without prior authorization
  • Items received more than 30 days ago
  • Any item without ALL original packaging
  • Items that were authorized for return more than 2 weeks ago
  • After 3 undamaged and non-defective returns authorization may be denied

Damaged & Defective Goods Policies

On rare occasions, products purchased from Wilson Lighting may incur damage in shipping or have a manufacturer defect. In the event that the product you received is damaged or defective, Wilson Lighting will work diligently to rectify the situation.

Wilson Lighting requires that any and all product damages or defects be reported within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days Wilson Lighting reserves the right to decline any requests. If you receive an item that is damaged in any way do not discard any of the packing in which the product was received. Discarding the original packaging of a damaged item may prohibit the customer from returning the item for replacement or compensation. An image of the damaged item will also be required.

In all cases, if the product you receive appears to be damaged in any way, contact our representative at 1-877-888-5755 or email us at info@wilsonlighting.com IMMEDIATELY.

Wilson Lighting does not wish to leave any customer with damaged or defective product. In order for Wilson Lighting to properly assist in the replacement or compensation for any damaged or defective product, it is especially important that the customer notifies a Wilson Lighting representative immediately. Any delay to do so may hinder Wilson Lighting's ability to offer product replacements, parts, or be able to compensate the customer with a store credit or refund.

Every item sold by Wilson Lighting comes with a manufacturer's one year warranty that guarantees the electrical functioning of the item. The protection of this warranty is contingent upon the proper installation of the item by a licensed professional. (Please note that this warranty DOES NOT guarantee the durability of finishes on outdoor products. Outdoor products carry a 30 day warranty on finishes.)

Reimbursement for any electrical service necessary to remove a defective item and install a replacement is not the responsibility of Wilson Lighting. Such reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
